TL;DR: The Host pays an 8–11% booking fee, deducted automatically from each payout. Companies and Guests pay nothing extra — the price listed is the price paid.
How the booking fee works
Radius charges an 8–11% booking fee on every booking. This fee is paid by the Host and is automatically deducted from their payout — there's no separate invoice or manual payment.
-
The Host sets a nightly rate and receives 89–92% of the booking total.
-
The same booking fee applies to booking extensions.
-
There are no listing fees, no annual subscriptions, and no hidden charges.
What Companies and Guests pay
Nothing extra. The price listed on a property is the price the Guest or Company pays — no added booking fees, no service charges. The booking fee is covered entirely by the Host.
👤 Guest: The nightly rate you see is the rate you pay. Radius does not add any fees on top.
👥 Booker: The rate listed is the rate your company is billed. No additional platform charges are passed through.
How does 8–11% compare?
Radius's 8–11% booking fee is lower than what other platforms charge Hosts:
-
Radius: 8–11%
-
Airbnb: ~15% (combined host + guest fees)
-
VRBO: ~20%
🏠 Host: You keep 89–92% of every booking, including extensions.
